We are pleased to invite you to the key economic and energy sector event of 2025.

On October 16, 2025, in Grzybów near Staszów (Świętokrzyskie region), the GATEWAY FORUM, the International Economic and Energy Forum, will take place.

This year’s forum will bring together representatives of local governments, leading experts, government officials, business representatives, and investors from across Europe and the world to discuss the future of the economy and the energy sector, the latest technologies, and strategic solutions for strengthening security, including energy security.

The forum will serve as a unique platform for exchanging experiences and establishing important international partnerships. We anticipate that the multifaceted format of the forum will attract a significant number of participants from Poland and Ukraine, as well as from other countries, creating additional opportunities for dialogue and cooperation.

The planned format of the event offers a unique opportunity to strengthen international cooperation in the economic and energy sectors. Joint efforts will not only enable the exchange of experiences but also help develop new, effective strategies to ensure economic and energy security and the sustainable development of regions. An important feature of the forum will be the opportunity for participants to ask questions directly to the panelists. The organizers aim to make this event a bridge for building stronger relations between Ukrainian and European businesses.

The preliminary program of the event includes five discussion panels dedicated to the following topics:

1. Visionaries’ Panel. The economy in times of major global changes and energy doctrines for security.
2. Industries of the Future: Food and mobility in the era of global challenges.
3. The New Energy of the World: From coal to nuclear power and renewable energy sources.
4. The Energy Mix of Tomorrow.
5. Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and the Infrastructure of the Future: How technology shapes the development of states and cities.

In addition to the official program, there will be B2B meetings, business presentations, as well as special formats for partners and sponsors (brand zones, business showcases, VIP networking).
